Product and material
You can visit the products by appointment in our office in Munich. If you are interested, please contact us by phone at +49 89 89058710 or by mail at office@roomours.de and we will arrange an appointment for your visit.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer you this service at the moment.
Since the size of the products does not allow us to ship you fully assembled, shipping is done in a few individual parts. This allows us to pass on lower freight costs to you. The products are easy to assemble. The assembly is explained in easy steps using the enclosed assembly instructions. We supply the necessary tools. Upon request, we can also supply our products assembled for an additional charge. Please contact us if you wish to do so.

No, only the white boards with whiteboard marker or the chalkboards with chalk. All white boards have a special writable and magnetic powder or HPL coating.
Except for our Post and Pin, all products can be used with magnets.
We are happy to offer you your desired product in a custom design. Here you have the possibility to order flipcharts in any RAL tone. Special varnishing, staining and glazing of the wood we produce only according to samples provided by you. We will send this sample to our carpenter, who in turn will prepare a sample for approval. Prices and delivery times on request. Just contact us - we are looking forward to your project.

Order and shipping
Since orders are not processed automatically, there is no need to worry. Changes and corrections are actually always possible. Just contact us by mail or phone and we can correct the order accordingly.
The estimated delivery times are noted with each product. You will receive a shipping confirmation from us as soon as the shipment has left our warehouse, from then on it is a maximum of 48 hours in Germany until delivery. If you need more information about the delivery date or a delivery on the fixed date, please contact us in advance by mail at office@roomours.de or by phone.
For insurance reasons and to keep your delivery costs as low as possible, we can unfortunately not offer delivery to the point of use and assembly on site. Upon request and for an additional charge, we can deliver your order to the point of use. Please contact us if you wish to do so.
You will receive your invoice by e-mail as soon as your order has left our warehouse or, if you pay in advance, within 48 hours after your purchase.
In such a case, please send us an e-mail with your order to office@roomours.de - we will then provide you with an offer with the shipping costs appropriate to the country of delivery.
