We offer you the opportunity to rent selected products for your events - contact us, we will be happy to create an offer for you.

The products are easy to assemble. Assembly is explained in simple steps using the enclosed instructions. We supply all necessary tools. Upon request, we can also deliver our products pre-assembled for an additional charge. Please contact us if you would like this service.

You can view our products by appointment at our office in Munich or at our warehouse in Haar near Munich. If you are interested, please contact us by phone at +49 89 15 89 22 410 or by email at office@roomours.de and we will arrange an appointment for your visit.

We would be happy to offer you your desired product as a custom order. Here you have the opportunity FlipchartAvailable in any RAL color. We only produce custom paints, stains, and varnishes for wood based on samples you provide. We send these samples to our carpenter, who then creates a sample for your approval. Prices and delivery times are available upon request. Simply contact us – we look forward to your project.

You are welcome to order replacement parts from us, quoting the original order number. Simply send your order to office@roomours.de. We will provide you with a quote for the respective spare part.

Ordering and shipping

Since orders are not processed automatically, there's no need to worry. Changes and corrections are almost always possible. Simply contact us by email or phone, and we can adjust the order accordingly.

The estimated delivery times are listed for each product. You will receive a shipping confirmation from us as soon as your order leaves our warehouse; from that point, delivery within Germany takes a maximum of 48 hours. If you require more precise information about the delivery date or need delivery on a specific date, please contact us in advance by email at [email address missing]. office@roomours.de or by phone.

For insurance reasons and to keep your delivery costs as low as possible, we unfortunately cannot offer delivery to the point of use or on-site assembly. Upon request and for an additional charge, we can deliver your order to the point of use. Please contact us if you would like this service. However, due to the current COVID-19 situation, we cannot guarantee that the shipping company will be able to fulfill your request.

You will receive your invoice by email as soon as your order has left our warehouse, or within 48 hours of your purchase if you pay in advance.

In such a case, please send us an email with your order to office@roomours.de – we will then create a quote for you with the shipping costs appropriate for the delivery country.
