Terms of Use for Images Shared on Social Media

Thank you for allowing roomours to use social media content. By adding the hashtag #roomours_kommunikationstools in the description of your post and tagging us with @roomours_kommunikationstools in the description or within the image, you consent to us sharing your content across our channels,

including but not limited to social media, electronic communications, our website, banners, printed materials, and sales and marketing materials. You thereby provide roomours with non-exclusive, royalty-free, unlimited rights to use this content.
By tagging with pictures#roomours_kommunikationstools and tagging us, you confirm that you are over the age of 18 and that there are no restrictions preventing you from participating and agreeing to these Terms. You warrant that you own all intellectual property rights in your Content and that roomours' use of the Content will not infringe the rights of any third party. You confirm that roomours will not pay you for the use of your content.

If you change your mind about sharing your content with roomours, please contact us in writing at office@roomours.de and let us know that you no longer want us to use your content.

Marking the images does not automatically entitle them to publication within our social media presence. Publications are selected in an internal process.

If your content is shared on our social channels, we will tag your name/social handle in our post caption.
