Which mounting plate do I need?
Please note: The size of the device is not always decisive in answering the question of which VESA size it is!
Find out the VESA size
If you don't know your screen's VESA size, it's best to check the device's datasheet or the manufacturer's website for technical specifications.
Alternatively, look at the back of your device and locate the threaded holes. Measure the horizontal and vertical distance between the screw holes (center to center).

Example in the image: If the distance between the VESA holes is 400 millimeters in width and 300 millimeters in height, then this corresponds to a VESA dimension of 400 x 300 (VESA standard = horizontal distance in mm x vertical distance in mm).

Of course, it always depends on the specific intended use and location. There's no simple answer to this question without knowing the exact conditions and requirements of your setup. Nevertheless, we'd like to mention a few suppliers with whom we and our customers have had good experiences and which are, of course, compatible with the TV stand.

This is how to set up a high-performance video conferencing system for groups of 2 to 10 participants.
A well-designed and coordinated video conferencing system (AV system) is crucial for efficient and smooth virtual meetings. Below, we describe the structure of a high-quality video conferencing system, which can consist of the following components:
rolling monitor stand
Our robust, stylish, and mobile monitor stand forms the foundation of the system. It allows for flexible monitor positioning within a room, ensuring all participants have an optimal view of the screen. To quickly eliminate reflections on the monitor caused by ambient light, the viewing angle only needs to be slightly adjusted. The stand's mobility makes it easy to move the AV system from one room to another, supporting conferences in various environments.
Monitor (50 to 65 inches):
The monitor plays a central role in your video conferencing system. Ideally, a high-resolution monitor between 55 and 65 inches provides clear images and crisp visuals, enhancing the visual experience for all participants. Ensure the monitor has modern connectivity options such as HDMI, DisplayPort, and USB-C to guarantee seamless integration with other devices. Samsung products are an excellent choice. z.B. Flip 55" or 65" each in the "Standard" or "Pro" version – without or with touch function.
All-in-one conference camera:
A high-quality all-in-one conference camera is an indispensable element in your video conferencing system. It should offer high resolution to enable clear and smooth video transmissions. A wide field of view, automatic focus, and noise reduction are further important features for ensuring a professional video conference. Ideally, the camera should be mounted on a swivel to cover different views of the room and adjust to the speaker.
Barco ClickShare:
To facilitate collaboration and screen sharing during conferences, Barco ClickShare is an extremely useful tool. This wireless presentation system allows participants to transmit content from their own devices to the monitor – without cable clutter or time-consuming configurations. The seamless integration of Barco ClickShare simplifies information exchange and promotes interactivity during meetings.
an optional mini-PC:
A powerful mini-PC completes the video conferencing system. The PC should have sufficient processing power to handle the demands of modern video conferencing applications and collaboration tools. Ensure adequate RAM and storage space to guarantee smooth software operation and efficient multitasking. With this carefully assembled video conferencing system, you are ideally equipped to hold productive and professional meetings. The components complement each other perfectly to provide a seamless and user-friendly conferencing experience that facilitates virtual collaboration and increases efficiency within your company.
A mobile monitor stand is an important element for the flexibility and efficiency of a video conferencing system. Here are some key functions and features that a good mobile monitor stand should have:
Height adjustability: The monitor stand should be height-adjustable to ensure optimal screen visibility for all participants. This allows you to adjust the monitor to the seating height of the individuals and avoid unwanted viewing angles.
Tilt and swivel: The ability to tilt and swivel the monitor allows you to adjust the viewing angle and reduce glare. This is especially important if the monitor is in a bright environment or if the position of participants changes in the room.
Rollability:
A good portable monitor stand should have large
Stability and load-bearing capacity:
The stand should have a stable base to hold the monitor securely without wobbling or tipping over. The stand's weight capacity should also be suitable for the monitor you intend to use.
Cable routing:
An integrated cable management system in or on the stand, or a cable sleeve, helps to avoid cable clutter and ensures a tidy appearance during video conferences.
Material and construction quality:
Pay attention to high-quality materials and a solid construction to ensure a long service life and reliable performance of the stand.
Additional storage space:
Some monitor stands offer additional shelves where you can place other video conferencing equipment such as a mini PC, laptop, iPad, or conference camera. This can make organization and access to the technology easier.
Safety devices:
Check if the stand has safety devices such as locking mechanisms for the
Easy assembly:
The assembly process of the stand should be straightforward and well-documented to save time and effort during setup.
A mobile monitor stand with these features offers high ease of use and flexibility to improve productivity and efficiency during video conferences.
